By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Use of Our Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or signing up for services.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are listed in [US Currency] and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins.

  • We accept payments via our website, PayPal, and Zelle.

  • Custom orders are final and non-refundable unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

3. Turnaround Time & Shipping

  • Estimated production times will be provided at the time of order placement.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

  • Culteevate is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Any issues must be reported within [7] days of receiving of items.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and branding materials created by Culteevate remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Customers must have the right to use any artwork they submit for printing. We are not liable for copyright or trademark infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

7. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws and regulations.

  • Any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity may result in termination of your account and services.

8. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.

  • Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, US.
