Culteevate is committed to ensuring your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, and related terms.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • Custom and bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as advertised.

3. Estimated Delivery Times​

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, and customs processing for international orders.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 states and Canada].

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain carriers.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Culteevate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within [2] days with photos of the damaged package and items.

6. Address Accuracy & Order Changes

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not liable for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • Order modifications or cancellations may be requested prior to production. Once they are sent to production there is no cancellation available.

7. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

  • During holidays or peak seasons, shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
