REFUND POLICY

At Culteevate, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a limited refund and return policy. Please review the details below.
1. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the custom nature of screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, and stationery printing.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect due to our error.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within [2] days of delivery with photo proof.
2. Refund Eligibility
We will issue a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Products: If an item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect design, color, or size due to our mistake.

Non-Delivery: If your order is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the carrier.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Customer errors in design approval, sizing, or order details.

Delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances beyond our control.

Slight color variations due to screen display differences.
3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at valdeslionel@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders can only be canceled or modified prior to production. We cannot issue refunds for products already ordered and once in production no changes can be allowed.
